Plan a Site Plan Precisely

For most construction projects, municipalities ask for a site plan conducted by a land surveyor that validates the position of a future construction and ensures it complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Site plans are evolving documents and land surveyors can adapt them as much as they like in order to meet a city’s recommendations or a client’s requirements

An Impeccable Layout

At Denicourt Arpenteurs-Géomètres Inc., we are fully aware of the municipal laws that are applicable in Montérégie, Greater Montreal and the Eastern Townships . Essentially, we have the expertise you are looking for.

Certified Field Work

The layout phase consists of installing poles, grids and axes that conform to plans provided by an engineer or architect and respect adjacent property lines and existing structures.

These landmarks are installed on a variety of construction sites, including buildings, bridges, roads, hydroelectric installations, wind turbines and more. We have been mandated in the past to conduct such work in uncommon locations such as canal locks, barrages, grain silos and amusement parks.

The layout certificate provides proof of the layout execution.

Layout operations are regulated by the Regulation respecting standards of practice for staking and layout of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec (L.R.Q., c. A-23, r. 11).

To ensure that your projects conform to the law, contact us and get more information.
