OUR STORY

Marcel Denicourt founded Denicourt Arpenteurs-Géomètres Inc. back in 1978. Since then, the company has built an enviable reputation in Quebec’s land surveying market. After lead-ing the firm for over 20 years, Marcel handed over his company to his son Éric.

To ensure the continuing success of his father’s company, Éric Denicourt set forward a se-ries of innovative business development strategies. For example, Denicourt Arpenteurs-Géomètres Inc. has merged together many firms over the years to better meet customers’ needs and, in 2002, the business moved its offices to Iberville Boulevard to allow for expan-sion. This office now serves as headquarters to six branch offices and customer service loca-tions.

Since 2004, the firm has grown significantly: it has purchased existing land-surveying offic-es, opened new service locations, and diversified its products and services.

Land surveying has considerably changed in recent years and land surveyors now use new high-tech gadgets, such as drones, 3D laser scanners and GPS devices, on a daily basis.

Éric’s audacity and vision have meant that he has been able to successfully develop the services offered to customers and increase business revenues significantly.

Today, Denicourt Arpenteurs-Géomètres Inc. offers land-surveying services in a variety of sectors, including the institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and farming markets.

We have 7 branches located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Chambly, Saint-Amable, Saint-Hubert, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Cowansville and Saint-Rémi. These convenient locations al-low us to serve customers in Montérégie, Great Montreal and the Eastern Townships.
